5kg Soup Beef Bones
Soup Beef bones are sliced from the cows’ shins and make a nice addition to your soup mix. They come with a nice cross-section of marrow bone and contain some meat on it. Soup bones requires a very long and slow cook to tenderize it, but the bones will create a delicious and nourishing bone broth...can be enjoyed with beer bread, ciabatta bread, samp or your favourite homemade dumpling.
Note: This is not stew beef, but soup bones with small cuts of bone marrow and small cuts of meat on the bone.
